Vanessa is a highly experienced HR leader with over 15 years of experience in diverse industries, including warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing. She is passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.

Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Knight Swift Warehousing Fulfillment, Vanessa oversees Corporate and Field Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement Initiatives. She is a strong advocate for employee development and is committed to helping employees grow and succeed.

Vanessa is a graduate of Southwestern A/G University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has since established herself as a dynamic and results-driven HR leader, with a talent for identifying and developing talent, and a reputation for creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

In her free time, Vanessa enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her family.
